1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Forge IPTV you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Description of the service
Forge IPTV is an IPTV media player for Android TV and Android TV boxes. It does not provide, host, redistribute, or sell television channels, playlists, movies, or other media content.
You must add your own playlist (for example M3U/M3U8) and, optionally, an EPG/XMLTV source.
3. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access and view any playlist, stream, or EPG source you configure. The developer is not responsible for the legality, availability, quality, or accuracy of third-party content.
4. Subscription and trial
In release builds distributed on Google Play, watching channels requires an active Google Play free trial (when offered) or a yearly Premium subscription. Billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellation are handled by Google Play according to Google’s policies.
You can restore purchases on another device while signed into the same Google account.
5. Intellectual property
The Forge IPTV software, name, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the software to you.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for losses arising from third-party playlists, streams, EPG sources, network issues, device limitations, or Google Play service interruptions.
7. Changes and termination
The developer may update the app or these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the developer’s jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
